My brother is engaged! Congratulations Alec and Miranda! The proposal happened yesterday. I wish I could be there to celebrate with them. They are currently living in Austin, Texas where they have been the last couple of years. They will be moving to the Des Moines area in Iowa in two or three weeks.

I found out that the third issue of The Alarmist which includes a poem of mine will be on sale in the UK and Europe starting in mid-September. It will be available internationally starting in October.

The day the issue launches there will be a release party in London.

It looks like it will be a great event! I would love to attend, but I will be in northeast Ohio. Sigh.
